For a 5k, I’ll have one individual serve packet of UCAN Energy for breakfast. For longer distances, such as a marathon, I premix UCAN Energy in 5oz flasks and then wear my belt to have my energy on board and ready for me! After my races I use UCAN Energy + Protein Vanilla to jump start my recovery. When I bike, I have a UCAN Anytime Energy bar: Chocolate, for breakfast. For during the ride, I have premixed two pouches of UCAN Energy Orange into 1-20oz bottle. This will be my energy for a 25-30mile ride. No need to mess with Gels, I have it all in the bottle!
