To make it fair for all new customers and to ensure our sample program continues to reach those who haven’t tried UCAN before, please review our sample policy below:

🔹 One Sample Pack Per Customer

Each customer is eligible for one (1) free sample pack in their lifetime. This includes all product varieties and any combination of flavors. Repeat orders of free sample packs are not allowed and will be automatically canceled or refunded.

🔹 Sample Packs Shipping Is $7.95

Sample packs are listed at $0, but do require $7.95 shipping.

🔹 Promotions & Advertisements

We occasionally run promotions, ads, or email campaigns that reference free samples.

Even if you see a promotion offering a free sample pack, you are only eligible if you have not claimed a free sample in the past.

Repeat customers will not receive additional free sample packs, even if they access a valid discount link.

🔹 Eligibility Verification

We reserve the right to review all sample pack orders for duplicate usage and cancel any orders that do not comply with this policy.

This includes multiple orders to the same shipping address, billing address, IP address, or use of similar email addresses to bypass restrictions.

🔹 Abuse of the Program

Our team actively monitors and reviews sample redemptions.

Attempts to abuse the sample program — including using multiple accounts, emails, or false information — may result in cancellation of orders and restriction from future UCAN promotions.
