Returns:
If you have unopened packets or hydrate sticks, please call (203) 397-8226 for directions on how to send them back. All credit requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept opened tubs, jars of hydrate, boxes of bars, or any expired products back for credit.
Damages:
If your UCAN product arrives damaged, please contact us as (203) 397-8226 or write us at info@ucanco.com.
Please report any damaged items within 72 hours of receiving your order. Reporting promptly helps us quickly assess the situation and offer a replacement or solution. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible due to factors beyond our control.
