I carry the UCAN bars whenever I travel for business since I never know what will be available to eat or when I can eat. The bars fill in for breakfast and mid-day snacks when healthy food isn’t available and I need to keep my energy up. When I curled competitively, as the captain/skip of the team, I used UCAN before each match and at the mid-game break to stay sharp and prevent mental fatigue, which could lead to strategy errors and cost us the game.
