I’ve used UCAN energy for all my long runs for the past 7 years and it’s never let me down! 6 marathons, 20+ half marathons and 25, 5ks later, I’m still a huge believer. I can’t imagine using anything else. UCAN is also helpful every week when I work through the lunch hours on Sundays. I can get through the day perfectly fine with enough energy until I can eat later in the afternoon.
