Episode Summary We're joined by David Donatucci, former Director of Fitness for the PGA of America. David has a long history working with athletes of all ages and abilities and he shares some straightforward and easy to follow advice about strength, conditioning and mobility training. "Hip stability, shoulder stability, and abdominal strength are the three main areas that I'm going to approach and attack really with any sport. You need good hips. You need good abdominal stability.
