I use UCAN to fuel my workouts and runs. I credit UCAN with taking me from being a 5K runner to a marathoner. I have lost over 140 lbs and have done so with a low carb, low sugar diet. My body doesn’t appreciate junk for fuel anymore. Sugary gels upset my stomach and made me feel lousy and WIPED OUT after long runs. Life is hectic and training can be hard to squeeze in but it’s important. I will use UCAN bars for recovery and to curb any snack accidents. The bars are great to eat after an early morning run or workout while taking the kids to school and heading to work. I know I will feel satisfied until lunch time because I won’t have any sugar crashes.
