My track workouts are either early in the morning or late in the evening, which makes it hard for me to get nutrients and energy that won’t upset my stomach before my intense workouts. I mix UCAN Energy + Protein Vanilla with unsweetened almond milk to drink before my 6 AM weight training or circuit workouts. After my morning workouts, I mix UCAN into my pancake mix, as a part of a hearty healthy meal! De-li-cioussss!!
