I love taking my UCAN energy before harder workouts and long runs! I also have super busy mornings post run, so the UCAN energy + protein has been a life saver for easy shakes on the go! I always mix the protein with frozen berries, spinach (you can’t taste it!), almond milk, Greek yogurt, and peanut butter. It’s easy to blend up and have on my way into work and I know it will carry me through the morning.
I also love putting hydrate in my water throughout the day! I spend the day on my feet as a choir teacher, so this makes my water taste yummy and keeps me hydrated for my run the next morning!
