I began using UCAN in late 2017/early 2018, when I moved up from half marathons to train for my first marathon (OKC 2018). My stomach couldn’t handle the gels/chews needed for the increased mileage of marathon training. I tried UCAN after seeing a Meb promo, and haven’t looked back. It doesn’t upset my stomach, gives me sustained energy. I just ran my third marathon – Chicago! – with my trusty UCAN and am finally looking to compete in my first Ironman Triathlon in 2020!
