Lauren Brandon is a former NCAA All-American swimmer from the University of Nebraska who found her passion for triathlon in 2010. Lauren began her triathlon journey racing Olympic distance, but changed to longer races in 2015. She made the move to full Ironman races in 2016 and ended her season with a 2nd place at Ironman Cozumel. Since then she has added multiple Ironman 70.3 podiums and Ironman podiums to her resume. She also got her first 70.3 win in 2018 and her first Ironman win at Boulder 2019 breaking the course record. Her strong swim/bike combo has become one of the best out there and she is excited to continue her quest to become one of the best long distance triathletes in the world.
